Shipping Options

Are you a local? Shop in the luxury of your own home and pick up in-store for free.

Need something gift wrapped? No problem! We offer complimentary gift wrapping and will gladly wrap your purchases. Please make a note in the comments section at check-out or shoot us an email at thegals@pulp-circumstance.com with your order number.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
Why did my order arrive in a used box or package? As a retailer we literally receive hundreds of cardboard boxes every month and try to recycle them where ever possible.  Rest assured, even if the box says another company name on the outside, it came from the Pulp & Circumstance headquarters and your purchases were carefully packaged and shipped.

Returns:
Pulp & Circumstance stands behind our products and service.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item, simply return it within 14 days of receipt for a full credit or merchandise exchange.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Any return that does not meet this requirement will not be accepted.

Please e-mail us at thegals@pulp-circumstance.com to initiate a return. We recommend that you return your item with an insured courier (i.e. fedex, ups, usps) and retain a receipt.  Pulp and Circumstance is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.  Credits and exchanged are processed once we receive the merchandise and can take up to 5 business days.
