We’re located in the heart of downtown Newberg, right in Oregon Wine Country. Street parking is available nearby.

Shipping Options
All orders ship within 1–3 business days via UPS, USPS, or local front-door delivery (for nearby customers).
If there’s ever a delay or an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you by email as soon as possible. Questions about shipping? Don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to help.
Local Delivery (Within 10 Miles of the Shop)
Live nearby? We offer local delivery with a little extra P&C love.
• $8 for deliveries within 5 miles
• $15 for deliveries between 5–10 miles
• $20 minimum order required
Orders are typically delivered within a few business days and left contact-free at your front door in our custom Pulp & Circumstance gift bags. Need something right away? Let us know — we can often accommodate last-minute requests.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $95
We’re happy to offer free ground shipping on orders over $95 within the continental U.S.
Exclusions may apply. Jellycat items do not qualify for free shipping.
In-Store Pickup & Curbside Delivery
Are you local? Shop from the comfort of home and enjoy free in-store pickup.
Prefer curbside? We’re happy to run your order out to your car. Need something quickly? Just let us know - we’re always glad to help.
Complimentary Gift Wrapping
Gifting should feel joyful (and easy). We offer complimentary gift wrapping on all orders.
Simply leave a note in the comments at checkout or email us with your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest - ribbons and all.
Returns & Exchanges
Pulp & Circumstance stands behind our products and our service.
If you’re not completely satisfied, items may be returned within 60 days of receipt for a store credit or exchange.
• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
• Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted
To initiate a return, please email thegals@pulp-circumstance.com. We recommend using an insured carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) and keeping your receipt. Pulp & Circumstance is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Credits and exchanges are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
